Congress is holding hearings (what else is new) on "Soaring Gasoline Prices." -- even as I type this. How many here believe they will discuss real initiates to solve the U.S. energy's problems (IE building new refineries, drilling for more of our own oil, building more nucular reactors) or will it be more of the same old ****? When did the speculation MARKET stop dictating prices on commodities?

my daddy ped away 2 months ago(july 9th, 2010) and i went to go use a flash drive on my desk that i thought was my boyfriends, but it was actually my daddy's. i went through a few files and before i knew it i was crying hysterically. i've been crying on and off now for almost 3 hours and i feel like my head is going to explode and i am so overwhelmed by emotions i feel like my heart is going to cave in on itself. i thought i had this under control. how can i cope with my father's death? i was there with him through his entire illness more than anyone else. all i want is to speak to him again, cook with and for him again, hug him again. i miss him so much its almost suffocating and i dont know what to do. how can i help this get better?

Vegetarian Meals For A Picky Eater?

So, I'm a very picky eater, but I'm having a hard time being vegetarian just because I'm so picky. I don't like the usual suspects (Brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms), and some veggie meats have horrible squishy soggy textures. I don't have money for tofu. I have veggie chicken, veggie burger, and beans and lentils. Anyone have any ideas for a picky eater?
