Is this offside in hockey or onside?

Let's say Team A shoots the puck into the attacking zone and there are players in the zone, the referree raises his hand and there is a DELAYED offside, Team A players will tag up, however Team B intercepts the puck brings it into the neutral zone and brings it back into Team A's attacking zone. Do the players on Team A have to continue tagging up or is the offside nullified?
