I dont want to disappoint him!?

My best friend Luca, wants me to do so much academically bcuz he knows I can, and puts a lot of pressure on me. My entire family and other friends do to. I have a gpa of 4.2, and do extracurricular activities and have no free time. ( right now Im doing badminton, cross country, community service, tutoring, basketball, racquetball, tennis, swimming, wrestling, my band and dance.) And they want me to rn favors for them. I spend mayb 6 hrs on hw bcuz I have all AP cles, and I'm pushes to my limti. But they expect so much more from me. What do I do? I cant do it anymore!
