Hors D'oeuvres wedding reception-what do I put on the tables?
I'm planning a grand tail reception for about 130 people. I'm having all appetizers plus a carving station for meat (fiance's request). Since it's meant to be a mingling party, all the food will be buffet style. I'm thinking of having table seating for roughly 80 people, and lots of lounge furniture and pub-style tables tered throughout. What should be on the dining tables? I can do centerpieces, but I can't see having a charger, wine gles, water gles, etc. I just simply can't "picture" how some things will look, as I've never actually attended an hor d'oeuvres reception before. Can anyone help with advice? Thanks in advance!
