Ex boyfriend is stalking me what should i do?!?!?!?!?

my name is emily and im almost 16 this boy ryan hes 16 as well is my ex hes been my ex for over 3 months now wont leave me alone really this has been going on ever since i broke up with him i gave him 3 chances (went out 3 times) but he kept doing things like getting mad when i was on vacation with my family he said why wont u talk to me after i had told him i want ed to spend quality time with my family this vacation was only a week long he also made me feel bad about it. when ever i broke up with him he would keep pestering me till i would go back out with him now im fed up and have a new boyfriend named alex hes 17 hes really getting upset at this guy he wants me to get my parents to contact the police but my parents would get really worried and go over board and try to get him in cort since hes also bothering my brother at school (he goes to the same school as my brother but i go to a private school) not only is he stalking me on fb (creating different accounts with different names to send me messages or to look up my wall info or trying to friend request me) hes also calling my phone with unknown caller id like i miss u i know what i did was wrong u have every right to be mad at me and im deleting 10 voice mail messages that he left what should i do? im telling him to leave me alone ive tried multiple times in different ways but he keeps trying to contact me if anyone has advice or words of wisdom please send me a message to my email i really need advice
