Vegetarian Meals For A Picky Eater?

So, I'm a very picky eater, but I'm having a hard time being vegetarian just because I'm so picky. I don't like the usual suspects (Brussel sprouts, asparagus, mushrooms), and some veggie meats have horrible squishy soggy textures. I don't have money for tofu. I have veggie chicken, veggie burger, and beans and lentils. Anyone have any ideas for a picky eater?

Whenever there is an argument on here it's always between Republicans and Democrats, Liberals and Conservatives. You look at people like Bill O'Reilly often twisting the truth to try and make people think in his way and Liberals are often guilty of it too.
