Does our votes really count?

It is the democratic party would do you expect? They say they are for democracy however they get the last word. No, your vote isn't the only one. You have to go through the hierarchy and if the democratic leader want joe-blow in there you can bet your *** they will put them there. If you are in Florida or Michigan you don't have a voice at all because of a mishap of a couple "higher" people. Imagine how heated this race would be if Michigan and Florida was counted. Hillary would have the most popular votes, Obama would be ahead by 5-20 electorals and superdelagates get to tell you who your nominee is going to be. In a true democracy it should be popular vote; every human has equal say and the party takes who the people vote. It looks like with all of the bitching the democrats do about the Al Gore-Bush 2000 election they would have it no other way except popular vote.
