go to citizens advice. . they are extremely helpful. dont leave your home.stay put whatever happens. if your home is rented you should be getting help with the rent. i dont know the answers to your questions but please go to CAB. they have voluntary solicitors etc who will take on your case and fight for you. best wishes to you. i hope you get sorted. dont give in .
