Ok... how are we supposed to know... and why do we care if?

In my own personal opinion, the moment someone violates the right to life of another living human, they relinquish their own right to life. And Im sorry, but someone who blows the face off of a young girl with a shotgun or s and bludgeons a child deserves no damned sympathy at all. Aw, the poor little criminal has rights. Bull$hit. They sure as hell didn't show any sympathy to their victim. Why in the world do these usually athieistic loud mouthed sympathizers scream about cruel and inhumane? One way to cure it ALL is to allow the surviving relatives of a crime victim to extract their own judgement concerning the criminal. "If the right hand offendeth thee, cut it off...for it is better to go to Heaven with a whole spirit than to hell with half the flesh". Personally, I get angry because they get this clean, clinical death when their victims weren't allowed the same respect. They should have just as painful and degrading death as they gave to their victims. Why is THAT not fair?
