What do you think about cargo pants for girls?

I saw a few girls wearing cargo pants the other night at a bball game. I think I'd like a pair of cargo pants too. I went to Kohls, and they have a really cute pair in black. But they're $27! YIKES! For someone on a tight budget...Out of the quetion for now. ANYONE KNOW OF ANY OTHER STORES THAT SELL CARGO PANTS FOR JUNIORS OR WOMEN? Particularly the type of cargo pants that have drawstrings at the bottom...and for hopefully less than $27? ALSO.....WHAT DO YOU THINK BOUT GIRLS WEARING CARGO PANTS? CUTE? GANSTA? GOTH? IN STYLE?
